  • You can request a refund within 7 days of delivery.

  • After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot process refunds.

To qualify for a refund, please make sure:

  1. The product is in its original, unused condition.

  2. The item is returned in its original packaging (with all accessories, manuals, or parts included).

  3. The product shows no signs of damage, wear, or misuse.

  4. A proof of purchase (order confirmation email/SMS or receipt) is provided.

❌ Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept refunds for:

  • Products that are damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

  • Toys missing parts or packaging that originally came with the product.

  • Discounted or clearance sale items (unless they arrive defective).

🛠 Damaged or Wrong Item

  • If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery).

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.

  • For defective or wrong items, Hamozen covers the return shipping.
